Southlake texas store
I am a commercial artist and oft become into your Southlake shop… I always have to walk to the back observe an employee and ask them to go my canvas down from upper shelf. They then accept to find a ladder and become information technology downwardly. Rarely do they offer to accept it up front for me 4ft by five ft canvas ! Never exercise they offer to take to machine! And so the other mean solar day my client has to have iii past four canvas and the walls are bare. I can't observe employee and then I go into stock room considering door was open and this guy says ( I think he was mgr, non certain) if it's not there we do t have it. And so I head out. Well I have an in with 1 of the nicest hardest working employees you lot have named Michelle and I come across her . She and I go to canvas shelf she scans it with scanner, she goes into stock room and comes out with my canvas. She has done this many times for me.. as a professional I am up confronting deadlines and so this really means a lot to me!!!! I beloved checking out with Pam because she is just slap-up also!!!!!! These are fabled employees and I should know. Your frame guys are peachy besides because I take to bother them every unmarried week I go into shop considering yous have horrible netting no one buys on the lower shelves and canvas everyone buys on the high shelves. Delight re retrieve this!!! Cute clean store!

I chosen your help line and the adult female who helped me was pleasant and courteous and avoided stress for me. She immediately found my problem and resolved information technology.
Thanks Michaels for having a dear person to contact for any problem rather and then being sent to a recording. This shows that Michael does business for the client and shows respect for your customers. Today too many business organization' leave customers frustrated when having someone like I spoke to today was actually a dainty feel as she walked me through easily to resolve my problem. Let me add that later on getting a message that said I was locked out I was set to non store Michaels any longer. The one proffer I would add is that a message telling customer that a live person can assistance them if they have any bug would outcome In many more happy customers.

Keen products, but phone CS....
Placed an guild, was missing a set of chaplet, 1st rep very understanding and sent out replacement, which has however to arrive.
Noticed 2 days later that some of the other beads of a $96 society were now on auction. Chosen back and was told that they could not refund difference because I missed calling by i day. What? You can clearly come across when I ordered and when the sale started. Ok...
So, I had placed another society on Saturday and the particular that I ordered had gone down by $ii.forty and I had ordered ii, so I called back once again, and was told that I had to wait until I received the items and if it were still on sale I could call dorsum and get an adjustment. Oh heck no! So I insisted that he put in for the adjustment, that it may accept well over a calendar week to arrive. Then so he takes his time verifying the difference, adding the difference because I ordered 2, but informed me that he could Not refund the tax on that amount! ???
I REFUSE to become into the store every bit I am severely compromised and highly susceptible to this CoVid, or so I am told. So I have not left my house since last March, so I rely on everything being delivered. Only if this is the kind of affair I can await as far every bit customer service, then in that location are other stores that would exist happy to have boosted business.
